Our Policies

All sale are final. If you would like to return your wigs and/or bundles or lashes, e-mail us at Please exlain your situation, including your full name, and attach a photo of the product and the packing slip to the email. We will be in contact with you and will determine whether you are eligible for a return/exchange.


Shipping Via Mail 

Allow us a week after we've received your payments to ship you your order. The day your order is shipped, you will receive an email giving you the tracking number in order for you to follow your package. **Please make sure you enter the correct and valid/active email**

Note that due to Canada Post's continuous rotating strike, there may be unexpected delays with the delivery of your order. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Kee's Hair Official isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with Canada Post. Kee's Hair Official does not hold responsibility for any lost or package that state have been delivered.



Local Shipping

For Montrealers and people residing in the Montreal area, Kee's Hair is offering a ''local shipping'' which allows you to receive your bundle(s) and/or wig(s) the same day you place an order.

Simply send an email to and mention ''local shipping'' as the email's subject and make sure to mention your order's number, your name and address.


Returns/ Exchanges

NO returns or exchanges. All sales final!

Orders with different shipping and billing address will be canceled as a measure of prevention against fraudulent activities. If we suspect any unusual activity regarding your order. We will request a picture of a piece of ID, your name and last four digits on the credit card used to place your order.
